The soft bodied Barbie dolls came out in 1994 and 1995 as the nightgown wearing Bed Time series and the pajama crowd Slumber Party series. The bodies are a little funny looking with a large stuffed upper torso and long skinny legs. Once dressed in nighties, they are quite cuddly.
