What a sweet and realistic looking face on this Mattel Mackie faced doll. She has cornflower blue painted eyes, a minimum of light colored shadow, red lips, earrings and ring. Her blond hair falls softly past her waist, thick bangs frame her face and one small braid is plaited from a part at the crown of her head. She has ballerina arms, a twisting waist, white molded on panties, bending legs and high heeled feet. Excellent condition and nude. | $5.00 #M67 |

This Mackie faced blond has two-tone blond hair that is swept off her face in a no-bangs hair style that falls to her derriere. Her hair is thick but a bit bushy. Her arms are straight with palms to the rear (ptr), she has a twist waist, bend legs and high heeled feet. She has nude colored, molded patterned panties. Her eyes are painted blue with black liner and no shadow. Her lips are bubble gum pink. She wears pink button earrings but was not made to wear a ring so there is no hole in her hand. I love this doll because she has my favorite face, the Mackie face mold, on my second favorite body style, the Grown Up Skipper body. (My favorite body style is the poseable ballerina.) As far as I can recall, this is one of very few if the only time Mattel has put an adult doll face on one of their child doll bodies but it works very well. This doll has light blond hair that falls to the middle of her back, luscious ruby red lips and big green eyes for lots of color. She wears silver faceted earrings but was not made to wear a ring so there is no hole in her hand. She has the smaller breasts and very narrow hips, and nearly flat feet of the Grown Up Skipper body. Her knees bend and she has those lovely expressive hands on slightly bent arns. This doll is very charming. She does have a bit of red blush on her shoulders, thighs, and ankles; a result of the red velvet pant suit Mattel originally dressed her in. There's something about this doll that makes me think she's younger than we generally think of Barbie. It must be the vintage Skipper like hair style; straight bangs and long straight hair. I always liked it. She has ballerina arms, twist waist, bend legs, high-heeled feet and white molded panties. She wears lavender button earrings and ring. Excellent condition and nude. | $6.00 #M48 |
