Not a fashion doll but she is small at about 7" tall. This wildly happy little girl doll is unmarked except for "Made In Hong Kong" on her back. She wears remarkably well-made clothes for an inexpensive gimmick doll. Her three-piece outfit is well finished and has snaps on the blouse and the jumper. Her arms, legs and neck swivel, there is a striking blue-green mechanism in her mouth that must have been for squeaking though she doesn't if she did. Her face is molded into squintingly happy eyes, a big, wide smile and lots of impish little freckles. She's made of harder vinyl on her body and squishy vinyl on her head. Her orange hair is thickly rooted. She has protruding ears and detailed toes, no shoes. She's a real character! Excellent condition. Probably from the 1960's. |
