This pretty contemporary Black Barbie by Mattel has a unique windup mechanism in her back that causes a pair of clips to flutter, perfect for an OOAK butterfly or angel. There is even a little plastic hook to hang her from. She stands 11½" tall on high-heeled feet. Her extra tiny waist is straight to accommodate the windup mechanism. Her legs bend, she has ballerina arms and her hair is in it's original short ponytail with long bangs framing her face on each side. She has blue and black painted eyes, white shadow, a hint of pink blush and raspberry pink lips. She is in excellent condition and nude. Cute, lightweight vinyl, 11" tall mermaid with molded purple fins, purple saran hair and a glitzy removable bikini top. She has lavender painted eyes and lavender pink lip color accenting a white toothed smile. Her skin tone is brown. Her arms are straight; her waist twists loosely and is molded to sit easily. Her fins turn. Her only flaw is a black mark on the bottom of her right fin. It shows in the scan attached to her portrait picture. This is Scary Spice from the Spice Girls on Tour series, she is also known as Mel B. or Melanie Brown. She has the most unusual hair style with two horns of curly hair wrapped in gold cord on the top of her head. The rest of her hair is a mop of soft curls in brown, gold and red. She has a very nicely molded face with painted features. Her eyes are brown with glittery dark orange shadow and she even has an actual gold piercing in her left eyebrow. Accenting a lot of white teeth are lips in a glossy, metallic raspberry color. Scary has a large dragon tattooed on the back of her left shoulder and a small Japanese letter tattooed on her abdomen. She has a painted gold ring on her right thumb and a gold ring on her right hand. With all of her tattooes and rings, it's a surprise she wasn't made to wear earrings so there are no holes in her ears. Her waist is straight with the hint of a belly button, her arms are bent and her knees bend. Her feet are tiny and high heeled. Made by Galoob in 1998. Excellent condition and nude. In the late 1990's, Scary Spice, a.k.a. Mel B. a.k.a. Melanie Brown, was a member of the all girl British rock band The Spice Girls. The toy company Galoob made dolls of the girls and produced several series. This Scary Spice doll is from the Girls on Tour Series out in 1998. Her wild mop of curly brown hair is streaked with a bit of blond and a bit or red and accented with two horn-like coils of curls bound by gold cord on the top of her head. She is a Black doll with a very nicely molded face and pretty painted features. She has shiny orange eye shadow, brown eyes, glittery raspberry lip color and strikingly white teeth. A gold piercing in her eyebrow is real and not paint. She has a large dragon tattoo on her back shoulder and a tiny Japanese figure on her tummy. A gold ring is painted on her thumb and she a ring is studded into her right hand. Her fingernails are painted red. She was not made to wear earrings so there are no holes for them. She has a straight waist with belly button, bending legs, bent arms, and tiny high heeled feet. She is in excellent condition and nude. She is also listed on my Celebrity dolls page. | $5.00 #C50 |

This graceful Black Barbie by Mattel has waist length, smooth brunette hair and bangs, white button earrings, ballerina arms, bend legs, and high heeled feet. She was not made to wear a ring so there is no hole in her hand. She has white molded on panties. The lightened areas that you see on her legs is just a reflection from the light on my new scanner.
